Gearless Machine Systems

Elevators without machine room; It is suitable for places where a machine room cannot be built. The drive machine may be above the elevator car or inside the shaft. Gearless elevator machine-motors driven by magnet excited synchronous motors have superiorities and advantages that cannot be compared with traditional systems in many respects. Thanks to the high-precision absolute encoder coupled to the engine and the closed-loop drive system that provides precise control, it provides excellent comfort during starting, stopping and cruising. Thanks to the torque and speed control, which is much more effective compared to asynchronous motors, the programmed speed-time curve is monitored with great accuracy under all load conditions, providing perfect precision in floor alignment. Thanks to smooth starts and stops, the scraping between the rope and the pulley is kept to a minimum, so the rope and pulley wear is at a much lower level compared to classical systems. The complete elimination of the gear group has greatly reduced the need for maintenance and repair. Periodic oil changes, problems that may arise as a result of operating under insufficient lubrication, noise and vibration problems and malfunctions are completely eliminated in gearless systems. It is also environmentally friendly as no waste oil is produced.
